3. Brain Teasers Interview (BTI) 脑筋急转弯面试
Asking candidates to answer specific puzzles or brainteasers. Great for roles that require extreme creativity and in-depth research. Also great for fresh graduates who do not have enough experience for CBBI.

Structured 有结构 – Standard way to compare impartially by using a few set Qns. Good if the position requires specific skills/experience.
Unstructured 分散面试 – Casual. Qns may change based on the interviewee’s responses. May have some Qns set in advance.

- Telephone 电话 – Easiest and quickest way to interview without needing to worry about arranging logistics.
- Face-to-Face 面对面 – Best way to be able to assess body language aside from Telephone only.
- Video (Skype) 视频 – Used when Face-to-Face is not possible due to geographical differences.
